Rekha Shah: President

Rekha is a Founder of R/S Tech-Prob Solutions LLC. Rekha has 35 years of experience in the field of analytical chemistry. Over the years at Johnson and Johnson she mastered the understanding of chiral chromatography and applied to her job that was to support the chemical development and drug discovery groups. She developed the chiral methods for simple to very complex organic molecules. She started working at Johnson and Johnson as associate scientist and moved up to a ladder to a Principal Scientist. During that period she has published 25 papers and presented her research work more than 100 times in the scientific meetings and symposium. She has written two book chapters on reversed phase liquid chromatographic techniques. She is an active member of Chromatography Forum of Delaware Valley, (CFDV), and has served as secretary, program chair and president. She is teaching the chiral chromatography short course for last 10 years.
She is a recipient of Johnson & Johnson Distinguished Analytical Scientist award for chiral chromatography together with Vice President Technical Achievement award. She also received Chromatography Forum of Delaware Valley (CFDV) Award for contribution to theory, instrumentation and applications of chromatography.
She has organized, chaired and conducted technical sessions, meetings and symposiums at local, national and international meetings and symposium.
